We accept the following payment methods for online orders:

We do not accept cash, cashier checks, postal orders or cash upon delivery.
The entire payment process is fully encrypted. Your payment details (whether electronic or paper) cannot be accessed by anyone.

The estimated delivery time for sandals that are marked “in stock” is 8 business days.
Sandals that are not in stock and need to be pre–ordered take 45 days to be produced and will ship at that time.
Mainland USA delivery is free of charge.
Merchandise must be returned to AKiS within 14 days of the date of delivery.
AKiS will only authorize a refund or exchange for standard (non-customized or bespoke) merchandise sold on its online store and returned in its original condition.
In accordance with applicable laws in US, customized or bespoke products cannot be returned or exchanged.
AKiS, LLC ships all merchandise from Philadelphia, PA. All domestic orders ship via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. After receipt of payment, please allow 2 weeks for processing and delivery.
Products (sandals and accessories) must be returned in their original condition; unworn and including the fabric pouch they were sent in.
Your details and order number must be included with the returned merchandise.
AKiS will inspect the condition of returned products. Returns will not be accepted if the products have been used or are visibly damaged. AKiS will issue reimbursement for the full amount paid if the returned product complies with the above mentioned terms.
If the returned product does not fulfill our terms, the product will be sent back to the customer at our expense. The customer will not be entitled to any compensation or reimbursement.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
To facilitate the processing of your request for an exchange or refund, please contact us either by email or phone prior to returning the item(s).
You can return the item(s) using the courier service of your choice. Please provide us with the package tracking information.
Please include the following with the returned item(s):
Your full contact details
A copy of the invoice or internet order
Details of the item(s) you wish exchanged or refunded
In case of a price difference, you will be contacted by one of our customer support consultants to discuss a refund or payment method (detailed under “Secure Payment”).
The processing delivery time for exchanges is 8 business days.
For all urgent requests (gifts, holidays, etc.) or for customer specified delivery dates please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make every effort to minimize our turnaround time.
Refunds for compliant items will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned items. The mode of reimbursement will match that with which the order was first placed.
The reimbursement will cover the total amount paid (including transport costs).
AKiS, LLC reserves the right to modify any product, materials, finishes in order to improve without prior notices. Some items sold by AKiS, LLC are handcrafted and may vary in finish, styling, coloration, and size from other prior orders received or sampled. AKiS, LLC has the right to initiate production holds or cancel items.
